Have you ever followed your diet to the letter, hit the gym like clockwork, and still watched the scale refuse to move? You’re not alone—and no, you're not doing anything wrong. Hitting a weight loss plateau can be frustrating—like running on a treadmill that’s going nowhere. The scale stops moving, motivation drops, and you begin to question everything. But here’s the truth: plateaus are not the end—they’re just a signal. And this is exactly where a diet coach steps in, not just as a guide but as a life-transformer. Why Do Weight Loss Plateau's Happen? You may follow your diet and workout plan perfectly, but suddenly, the scale stops moving.
